Mr Suborno Bose

Suborno Bose is a Hospitality Evangelist with more than 34 years of entrepreneurial experience. He is the Founder of IIHM Group, Chairman of Indismart Group Worldwide, and the Chairman cum CEO of the International Hospital Hospitality Council London. He is also the founder of the Young Chef Olympiad (YCO), the world’s largest culinary competition for young chefs, which brings together participants from over 60 countries every year. Under his leadership, IIHM Institute of Hospitality skills aims to open 100 centers in order to bring Hospitality education under Skill India mission. He has received several awards and recognitions for his visionary leadership and contribution to the hospitality education and industry, such as the Times Men of the Year as Times Visionary Leader 2022 and the Economic Times Business Leader of the Year Award 2020. He was awarded Honorary Doctorates from the University of West London, Edinburgh Napier University and Queen Margaret University UK.

Mr Eric Neo

Chef Eric Neo is a seasoned and highly experienced Executive Chef with an outstanding track record in the Hospitality, Hotel, Catering, and Food Production sectors. With 28 years of experience in the culinary world, he has excellent expertise in Singapore & Asian Cuisine; with good knowledge of international cuisine.

He is also the President of the Singapore Chefs’ Association and a World Chefs Certified Culinary Judge. Additionally, he has an outstanding track record in F&B operations, including Budgeting, Forecasting, F&B Revenue Management, Menu Engineering & Analytics, Cost Control. He has notable successes in catering and banqueting operations of all types. Currently he is also the Executive Chef of Capella Hotels and Resorts.

Mr Manjunath Mural

Chef Manjunath Mural is a Michelin-starred chef with over twenty seven years of Culinary Experiences, who specializes in modern Indian cuisine. He is the Director of Cuisine and Executive Chef of ADDA, a Neo-Indian restaurant in Singapore. He was the first Indian Executive Chef to score a Michelin star for an Indian restaurant in Southeast Asia.

Chef Manjunath Mural has a passion for presenting Indian cuisine at its pinnacle on an international level, where it can be understood, accepted and respected on the same platform as haute French cuisine.

Mr Neil Rippington

Chef Neil Rippington FIIHM is an award-winning educator, author and consultant. He has over 27 years of experience in the hospitality and catering sector, and has worked as Dean of the College of Food and Hospitality Management at University College Birmingham, as an Instructor of Culinary Psychology, Harvard University and is currently the International Director at IIHM.

He has published several books on hospitality and catering, such as Practical Cookery series, Professional Patisserie, Commercial Cookery and Professional Chef, all of which are taught across the world as Culinary Textbooks.

Mr Yap Leong Kheng, Paul

Mr. Yap has more than 30 years of working experiences – with the last 10 years concentrating in the Education Sector : as Academic Director, Principal and General Manager for various private Institutes in Singapore. In addition to the private education industry experiences, Mr. Yap had also written and published a book on “The Chronicles of the Animal Farm Part II – Democracy in crisis
